Crisis Management Detroit

The Consular Corps visited the Crime Lab of Detroit to learn more about Detroit's crime prevention actions. We were welcomed by deputy Mayor Todd Bettison. Chief James White of the Detroit Police Department and Hilton Kincaid of Homeland Security gave us a comprehensive explanation of all the tools that are at the City's diposition to monitor and reduce the crime in Detroit. We were impressed by the whole operation and the progress Detroit has made the last ten years. We really like the positive vibe and the differents efforts Detroit is taking to further improve the it's performance. Thank you for hosting us.
